Oracle Backup Question

Hey all, I'm new to Oracle and appreciate any answers/leads in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

When you create a backup in SQL Server, whether the backup is on disk or on tape, SQL Server writes the letters TAPE to the first four bytes of the backup.

Does Oracle write any specify value to the front of every backup, and if so, what are the first four bytes?

Thank you.

While MS SQL Server & Oracle are both RDBMS, they operate complete different under the hood.
Just develop SS amnesia & forget all you know about database & start reading.
Oracle's backup utility is RMAN.

RMAN
