Oracle wrap tool

I've done the search but I haven't found anything about a wrap tool for MySQL like Oracle's ability to encrypt stored procedures.

Does such a thing exist?

If not, is there a white paper on locking up the information schema so a user could not see the source?

Are you looking for a tool for MySQL or for Oracle?
