Have you ever experienced this before? I dont know what goes wrong, i cant tnsping anymore in cmd windows. Please see attachment for the screenshot.

If you successfully used it before, what changed since you last time used it?

Did you uninstall Oracle software from your computer? Did you modify PATH environment variable so that it doesn't contain ORACLE_HOME\BIN directory any more?

Can you find TNSPING.EXE on your computer? (use Windows' "Search" utility)
