Question In point time recovery why not to restore control file
hello everyone, hope you having good time.
yesterday my teacher teaches point in time recovery, but i have one doubt for that. In point time recovery why not to restore control files?

does control file contain SCN?
Does control file SCN match the SCN value for the Point In Time Recovery?
