sql developer: Configure File Type Associations

Hi, I have installed sql developer version 3.1 on windows xp, and whenver i try to launch it ,its showing 'Configure File Type Associations ' error, not able to do anything even if i cancel it and it appears everytime i try to use sql developer..please tell me how to solve it, Thanks..
