sql loader invalid number format model

Hi,
I am trying to load a table in oracle using sql* loader

LOAD DATA
INFILE xxx.dat
INTO TABLE AAAA

FIELD1 SYSDATE,
FIELD2 "TO_NUMBER(TO_CHAR(:FIELD1,'IYYYIW'))"

I am getting error of invalid format model for field2.
can you answer plz??
