Patch

Hi

Not sure if it's a sensible question, but would any Oracle data-dictionary view hold any info about the version/patch installed for the application?

For the "application"? Which application? The one you wrote?
If so, why would Oracle data dictionary contain that information?
If not, which one, then?

You're right but I just thought maybe a view gets updated with information about an application that uses Oracle.

Yes, it's a third party application.
