Question Regarding SMTP mail error.
Dear All,

In our application, we send bulk mails using utl_mail package.
But currently, facing this error:

ORA-29279: SMTP permanent error: 503 Issue RCPT TO: command
before DATA command
Searched through net to find out the solution, but did not get any proper explanation.
I am more into oracle development, and I don't know much about SMTP.

Help me if anyone have idea about this error.
