Favorite resources for US7ASCII to AL32UTF8 conversion?
We're in the midst of converting to UTF8 to support the globalization of our business, and would appreciate anyone's opinions on the best reading materials on the subject. Of course, there's the "Globalization Support Guide", etc., but easire reading intro materials for programmers as well as database developers and DBAs would be great.

Who exactly do you believe to be the target audience for the "Globalization Support Guide" manual;
if not for DBA & DB Developers?
