bad and discard files for sql*loader

Does anyone know a file to unite the number of records inside the bad and discard files; so that I won't make a commit after a pre-specified threshold.
Example
(when threshold number > bad record number + discard record number ---> then Commit

otherwise
do not commit )

any help is very much appreciated!
