Hello - i have a realy bad saturday behind me, cause i patched my database to 8.1.7.4. On one maschine - there are no problems - the other cames to a nightmare. At least one problem surprised me. All objekts after the Patch are invalid. Realy all objekts - functions, procedures, packages and triggers. OK - we must install another patch after the main patch, cause using speciell software. A part of the patch was also to reinstall the catalog.sql . But i never imagined, that all objects can be invallid. Have someone the same problems with that patch? Is it possible that a patch set all objects to invalid? That make me real nervous.

We've applied patch 8.1.7.4(.5) to all of our machines (dev, qa, prod) without any issues. Will the packages, procedures, and functions compile after the patch has been applied?
