Hi All,
I installed Oracle Management server in Windows 2000 and created the repositary as directed by Installation wizard. While starting the Oracle Management server service in win2000 I am getting this error.

VXA-2018 :

Error starting Oracle Management Server.

Any help will be appriciatable. Its pritty urgent.
