Copy row from one database to another

These two databases have the same tables and the same table structure. How can I copy 3 rows from database A to database B? Do I have to have a database link? Thanks, Jeremy

A database link would be the easiest way to do in
for eg insert into tab_a select * from tab_a@dblink

Or you could try export / import
