Oracle access c-isam

Hello,

Currently we are using C-isam. And soon we need to also keep the data in C-isam into Oracle DB as well. When new data is insert into C-isam file, we need to have oracle db to be inserted as well. Is this possible?
if so, what other product/module do we need?
