Oracle Forms - execution order of triggers

Oracle Forms

For a text item the default triggering order is
1. pre_text_item
2. when_new_item_instance
3. key_next_item
4. when_validate_item
5. post_text_item

Is it possible to change this order programmatically or any other ways

Regarding order of trigger, ex: pre and post triggers in PL/SQL

I believe that we can not change order of triggers programatically
