How to Pass Parameter to Discoverer Report from Forms

I am calling Discoverer reports from Oracle Forms6i through host command, but cant able to pass the parameter, can anybody help me solve this problem.

Just pass the parameter(s) as NAME=VALUE pair(s)

My command is like this

host('\orawin95\DISCVR31\DIS31USR.EXE /OPENDB Rep_name /CONNECT LgID/PWD@Host_String')

Where to give the parameters.
