dbase iv on sun solaris

I am trying to recover a dbase iv partition (which is good) from a blown Sun Solaris OS (4.1.3). I would like to know if there exists a program or method of recovering the tables and records from the bulk dbase partition. This system was put into service 24 yrs ago and they just now crashed. I "dd" the bulkfile to a file in a regular ufs partition and then ftp'd it to a windows system. I can debug the file and see the ascii characters in the records. I don't have the tables and records layout.
