Clarion TPS conversion

I've searched through this forum and cannot find any answers. Does anyone know how to convert TPS files into an MDB database (or any other common database format for that matter). I have found an ODBC driver by TopSpeed but they charge $250 for it and this is a simple 3 file conversion. Are there any freeware drivers or utilities out there? Thanks in advance!
