Hey gang,
My office recently installed ACT 6 (upgrading from ACT 2000). We're trying to set up some basic functions (sending e-mails), and keep getting one of three error messages everytime.

The errors are:
The Database is locked.
Cannot Send Message, Error Creating Message.

And there's an oulook DLL error, that can't be repaired it seems.

I know this isn't strictly in the vein of what you guys do, but, if anyone has any ideas what to try, beyond reinstalling (we have) and restarting (done multiple times.) If you have any other ideas about where we can try for help, that'd be appreciated also.
