I need help identifying the database type from these attached files.

For some reason I am thinking its C-Tree with ISAM. Any ideas?

10 to 1 a BTrieve db - archaic hectically primitive method of datastorage before the Rosetta Stone and just after the discovery of fire by Microsoft.

Reading these files

Hi

These files appear to be in BASIC random access format (the dat afile) and the IDX is B-Tree. I would suggest you visit PowerBasic dot com and look at the forums and downloads - there was a programme around that could analyse the file for record structure and attempt exporting it.
