Question Need help identifying DB Type.
Hi...i need help identifying this database format, this db was designed for a scout association in venezuela, and the creator of that software died, as well im looking forward to make a new one... i'll attach the file so you can see it and tell me about it. Thanks in advance

you don't have any of the code used in creating this file?

Actually no... the guy who created it just sent the compiled version to the association , btw that db file looks encrypted...
