Which format are these .dat and .ntx files? Need to convert to diffrent Database

hello, i would like to convert (export) from these dat files to some other database, but i don't know which database fileformat these .dat files are. Are there some analyzing/converting tools? these are from "old" compiled dos-programms which should uplifted to new database...

thx for any help or directing me further....
