How to copy the data of a table to another table comming from 2 different database?

Hello friends, i think i wasn't able to explain my problem clearly.

Here is the problem, i need to copy the data from a certain table then insert or paste it to another table, where both tables came from different databases.

Example: DB 1 has a table student, then I need to copy the data of the student table to table info of DB 2..

How will I be able to do this?

I need the syntax and some example please.. thank you very much..

Btw, I am using visual foxpro 7.0
