Need Help Simple Query

I am new to datbase and I am in need of help. I need to formulate code or formula for a database. Types of Case for month? Amount of Case? Amount by district? Total cases by month or year etc? Find case by alphabets?

Who can help? I need this desperately. Thanks a million
