Daffodil Replicator v1.2.1 Released

16-06-2004, Daffodil Software has released a new version of their "Daffodil Replicator" data replication software. v1.2.1 of Replicator has now been released. It contains some significant improvements including

API’s modifications for providing the functionality of starting the replication server through other Java programs
GUI has been adjusted to include new shortcut keys for providing a customized environment to the users.
Data synchronization between enterprise databases operating in heterogeneous environments with a support for JDBC (Daffodil DB, Oracle, SQL Server and Others).

Daffodil Replicator is a comprehensive replication tool that provides Java application, capability to synchronize multiple data sources - some of which may be residing on a remote network. Daffodil Replicator is a scalable and lightweight tool, which allows its users to build Java applications easily, that can replicate and synchronize data between distributed Java-enabled databases.

Its configuration is fairly simple. It involves creation of Publishers and Subscribers, selecting data sources for data storage and retrieval, define and create publications and subscriptions as well.
