Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close(ModName: browseui.dll)

I am getting annoying problem with IE
when i am trying to lauch any website following message is coming
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
with following details on clicking Click here
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: browseui.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1400 Offset: 00007974

have searched alot with ModName as browseui.dll but could not get any help
