Does anyone know of any "canned" database software (ready made) that does not need any writing of source code? It is easy to use, and does not need any programming?

Tell us a little more about your needs. Is this for Windows? Then Microsoft Access. Is it for web sites? Then perhaps MySQL/phpMyAdmin.

What are you trying to do with this database? What sorts of easy capabilities will you need without programming?

Almost any database can be "used" without programming--all you need is a client tool that can create tables, allow input of data, and display query results. And those are very readily available.
