Situation:
i got a Btrieve v6.15 Server installed in Windows NT server for 2 years. It serves 2 workstations which are running 2 applications separately for almost 2 years. The workstations are Windows 98. The 2 applications will access the Btrieve data file located at the windows NT thru' internal network.

Problem:
I reinstalled Windows 98 at one of the workstations and reinstalled the application. Then I found that the application run VERY SLOW during data files access from and to the Btrieve Server. It is quite strange that it is no problem in access performance before the Windows 98 reinstallation.

So, I would like to ask what are the causes and How can I fix it?
