We use DB2 Olap server, release 8.1, on NT server. We have a cube with the following settings:

- Two Pass Calculation
- Database Access : None
- Buffered I/O Access Mode
- Bit-Map Encoding Data Compression
- No Cache Memory Locking
- 4 dense dimensions and 7 sparse dimensions

By setting the "Dynamic Calc and Store Member" option we get the right result when queries are executed, but we haven’t notice any improvement of the response time. All dependent sparse dynamic members are Dynamic Calc & Store.

We have also checked the "Existing upper level blocks" statistics option and didn’t notice any change after the execution of the queries.
