Ingres - Oracle

Hi, we're migrating from Ingres 2.6 to Oracle 9.2 (solaris) but in the meanwhile we'd like to connect our 4GL applications from Ingres to the Oracle database. How could we do it?

Or there is any way to migrate from 4GL to PL/SQL or JAVA...?
