how to set options to off heading & verify in ingres

Hi All,

I am new to ingres,So I don't know where to find set option commands In ingres.My doubt is if we want off column heading in oracle we can achieve by setting follwing options

SET HEADING OFF
and also how can we achieve the functionality of SET VERIFY OFF in ingres?
