Which type of database system is used by Genome database?

I'm reading some document about Genome and GenBank. But I wonder which database management system do Genome databases use?

Thank you so much for your help!

I only know of three major genome databases, the largest uses MySQL, the most referenced (the one that gets the most use for published projects) runs on Microsoft SQL 2000, and the one that generates the most money (largest commercial volume) runs on DB2.
