Connect to Progress 9.1D

I am building an application using C#. I am having problems connectiong to Progress. I am trying to setup an ODBC connection using the Merant driver, but I keep getting a "No Data" error. Is there something that needs to be enabled on the server? It appears as though this is an error that is coming back from the server, so I must have all of my parameters right.

Help?
