Levels of database security

What are the different levels of database security? I got this question but don't exactly know what the question maker really wants to know?
Kindly provide me some hint. Does it mean security at user level, authentication level etc. ?

You have to get the answer from context because the question as stated is meaningless. If there is no context, then 23 inches is a good level. A stupid question, a smart alec answer, and you don't need to waste any more time attending that particular class!

Thanks for the reply
Sorry for my earlier negligence, lemme put the entire question in front of you.
It says - What are the security levels available in RDBMS products?

I searched the net, couldn't find anything worthwhile. Can you please suggest something now?
And one more question - do online utilities like booking systems or even e-mails qualify as data driven softwares?
