If any of you'll have come across the problem mentioned in the e-mail thread below or have any clue as to why it is occurring kindly help us out.
COGNOS Installation problem

None of the processes other than Objectstore are getting started after rebooting the server. We uninstalled all the products installed including the Objectstore. Then, we installed Object store first, and it went on successfully. In the Installation guide it is mentioned that we have to run 'configure' to stop all the processes (should be done after each product is installed). The executable configcp is not found. Then as per the Installation guide, we installed the IWR products. Then we tried to run the 'configure' and it gave the same error "SIFOE Intialization failure" which we got before. We have checked up all system settings and environment variables and they are set correctly as per the Installation guide.
