Progress Server software 8.3b and Dictionary

Hi Group,

What I have is 3 Progress databases (*.db files) and Progress Server software 8.3b.
What I need is to setup the server and make an ODBC connection.
How to start the databases?
When I'm trying to browse database with DAta Administration tool, I always get error message on missing .lk file and reference to Event Viewer. How to handle that?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
