I'm really new to databases but I have come to realize that I must have one. I downloaded EZDB from http://www.ezperl.com. I just want to know what type of database this is and what section of the form I should use for help topics. The user manual dosn't specify what type of database it is and I can't get a reply from the creator of the script. Mabey I should start looking for a new one? But it' free and It works.

EZDB creates a flat file, pipe delimited txt file. You can change the delimiter to what ever you want though.

EZDB has been a real champ for me, however, the developer seems to have disappeared off the planet. The forums are also down.

It is very easy to learn to use, and very useful for light wieght web databases.
