Hi Experts

I need to extract data from a progress database to text files (flat files). I have almost no knowledge about progress - I am really a beginner. For this, I have two problems:
1. How do I create a procedure that extracts table data from a table?
2. How do run this nightly with the OS scheduler (windows)? (I know how to use the scheduler, but not how to execute batch jobs that work with progress)

architecture:
OS windows 2000
Database: c:\progress\wrk\database\INEDI.DB
Table: inblcoen
Columns: nbonlib, quantit

I would appreciate help, as I am quite stuck. Examples are greatly appreciated.
