Title: Teradata Database Analyst 5
Job Description:
Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 7-10 years experience. Description: Leads the design, testing, implementation, maintenance, and control of the organization's physical, relational, and object-oriented databases across multiple platforms and computing environments. Develops data architectures and database management policies and standards. Provides senior-level consulting services in the identification and resolution of database issues. Serve as a high-level resource on database management issues, and participate in the planning, design, and usage of data resources.
Job Qualifications:
The position requires someone with a 4 year degree plus 7 - 10 years of database management experience. This should include at least 5 years of experience administering Teradata, in large scale, multi-terabyte environments. The candidate must demonstrate advanced knowledge in regards to the design and implementation of Teradata databases. Excellent written and verbal communications, leadership, collaboration and interpersonal skills are required.

Platform and Skill Set Expertise: Database Administration : DB2 / UDB

Location: Tempe, AZ
Terms: 6 month Contract to Hire
Salary: 80K (perhaps more DOE)
