Main differences between Domino and MS-SQL Server

Moving from MS Exchange environment to a Lotus Notes environment, we also host our intranet site using MS-SQL Server.

We would like instead to move this to Lotus Notes and NotesSQL. Both systems will be using the same ASP code (ported eventually to .NET but thats further down the road - one bad idea at a time).

I'm interested to know what the main differences are between Lotus Domino and using NotesSQL and MS-SQL Server using MS-SQL.

Any odd quirks or missing features I should be concerned about?
