php and SQLite on CD

I was wondering if it was possible to get sqlite and php to work on a cd without having to install a server.

Is there some sort of middleware that can do this if php can't?

I'm very much a newbie when it comes to this....

Thanks

I might be able to help but I must admit I'm not particularlu aware of what SQLite is? Please provide some information on this and I can have a look.
