Access Conversion

my boss has me updating the sql servers and database. she wants to use MS Access 2003 instead of 97. i have to upgrade all the servers and computers. what i need to know is MS Access 2003 cluster aware or about using MS Access on a cluster/cluster environment? does any one know about SAN(storage area networks)?
