sorting in universe

How can I sort dynamic field in Uviverse ? In jbase exists a SORT function. But in Universe does not exists. I tried to create a routine in Universe, which uses a QUICKsort algoritmus. But this routine is more slower as the function SORT in jbase.

How can I obtain the soure code of SORT function in Jbase ?

Or is it posible to copy this function from Jbase to Universe ?
