Cognos Decision Stream Doubt

Hai,

Can anybody help in Cognos Decision Stream ETL tool.I am working on Cognos Decision Stream.I need to create a Date Dimention Build with some specified dates for example Jan2002 to December 2004 without connecting to DB.My Date Dimention should be in the following format

Monthkey(Surro.Key) -> 1

MonthID -> Jan

QuarterID -> JanQ1

YearID -> 2002

How can I create this automatically with some specified dates?
