Connecting Progress and Lotus Notes

Hi there, I am new at this and am still learning..

I want to be able to connect a client to a progress server (9.1B). I heard that client software is needed in conjunction with a odbc driver. Can someone help out be telling me how I should realize this situation. Both the client and server are on the same network.

Hi,
There are some ODBC drivers for Progress database. I used DataDirect implementation for Progress 9.1D with no problems. You can also consider driver created by OpenLink company, however I haven't tried it (but heard about it). After the driver installation (on both server's and client's sides) you ca use standard ODBC source option available in Windows to estabilish connection.
