Perl DBI Instakllation

Hi,
I am trying to install APache in windows.Im unable to find the DBI.ppd file that needs to be installed.Could anyone let me know the site where I can download this particular file??

I'm not quite sure what that has to do with Apache either but if you need the DBI module add the Bribes and Theorx2 repositories to PPM and try again:

That would be the first and last link in the list. The crazyinsomniac rep was good too but it seems to have disappeared :/
