Problem to get ClearCase::CtCmd module

Hi

I am trying to get the ClearCase::CtCmd module to install it in perl using ppm.But i am getting the module with source code. Where i needs C++ libraries and packages to compile. I dont have the Visual C++ installation in my system. I need the CleaCase.ppd file, so that i can install it using ppm.

Please let me know where can i get the ClearCase::CtCmd package which should be directly installed in ppm.
