Does anyone know if there is a utility in Pervasive that will allow me to view how many licenses are available to us and how many are in use?

What version of Pervasive are you using? You can always use the Monitor (W3MONV75.EXE on P.SQL 2000 and later). It was called BTRMON on NetWare on Btrieve 6.x. If you want to get number of licenses programmatically (within your program), you'll need to use DTI or DTO available with Pervasive.SQL 2000 and later (including V8).
