Pervasive V8 (v8.7) backup for NETWARE 5.1
Hi,

I have a big problem! We have a pervasive v8 product in Netware 5.1 server, and online backup don't working now!
Please help me, how and what software with online backig up?

What does "don't working now" mean?
Was it working at one time? If so, what changed?
Are your files opened 24/7? If so, you'll need a backup software that can put the files into Continuous Ops before the backup (and takes them out after).
ArcServe is a favorite among NetWare users.

Hi,

I have not did backup yet.
This server has to 24/7, but I have to make a consistant backup!
How can I make a consistant backup with ArcServe?

Each backup software is different. You'll need to learn how to use ArcServe. I've never used it.

I find to Pervasive homepage the backup agent for windows and Linux.
Why not to want backup agent for netware?
usually do not use pervasive engine for netware? This is very Strange!
