Creating Primary Keys and Foreign Key Relationships in Pervasive

I am a first time Pervasise user and need some help. I need to write an extension to an Accounting Package that uses the P.SQL Engine. In the Control Centre I can create a new database and tables with ease, but I cannot see how or where to create a primary key for a table, or how or where to create foreign key relationships between tables. Can anybody help me? This is urgent as I need to provide a bid price for the job by Monday morning.
Any help will be appreciated.
